ELIGIBLE FIRST ORDER
The guarantee applies to the initial purchase.
The 30-day guarantee applies only to a customer’s first Jackrabbit order. It does not automatically renew for repeat orders or subscription renewals.
SATISFACTION REQUESTS
Opened first pouches can still qualify.
We may request a photo, lot number, or return of the remaining product. Limit one satisfaction refund per customer, household, or delivery address.
DAMAGE OR ERROR
Send clear details
Report damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders through the contact form within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the shipping box, product, and packing materials.
APPROVED REFUNDS
Timing depends on the payment provider
Approved refunds cover the eligible product purchase price less a $5 handling fee. Original shipping charges and return shipping are not refundable. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
Canceling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund.
Subscription changes or cancellations must be completed before the next renewal is processed. A refund request does not automatically cancel future subscription orders.
