If an address needs to be changed, contact support as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.
DAMAGED OR MISSING

Contact support with the order number and clear photos when a package arrives damaged. For missing deliveries, check the tracking status, delivery location, household members, and carrier notices before reaching out.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, remote destinations, and incorrect addresses can extend delivery. Store gummies in a cool, dry place after arrival.
